When you decide to build, you want to know that your house and future are in good hands, and that’s exactly how we felt the entire build with Lovley Development. My husband and I built our home with Lovley Development this year, and closed March 2017. We enjoyed the whole process, we met with Mark (Owner) many times in his office to finalize the blue prints and choose our options. We both work full-time and he worked around our schedule for all our meetings. He also was patient with me making a million changes and letting me take time to make decisions. He helped me work through making decisions if I requested it, and he was a great resource. Then we started the build and the timeline he gave us accurate, it went so quickly! We visited our building site often and the contractors were all great! Our GC practically lived at our house, he kept everything on time! The foundation, the frame, the sheetrock, THE KITCHEN, the tile, the siding, the hardwood, was all done wonderfully. Once the house was completed, we made a small list for Mark of items we needed adjusted and he came out to our house personally to address them. Mark contacted all the contractors and everything was fixed in 2 weeks, maybe less. We were able to just relax and enjoy our well built home. I continue to recommend the TEAM at Lovley Development. We truly believe the team went above and beyond to give our family a beautiful home! It has been 9 months and we are as happy with our house now, as the day we moved in.

Lovley Development exceeded our expectations! This was our first house with Lovley Development but our second time building a new home. Lovley Development has a fabulous group of people to assist in the building process, they truly listen and they always get back to you. Our house is crafted beautifully! Building a house is often stressful but Mark at Lovley Development really takes the stress out of building. We researched builders and he came highly recommended and now we know why! He is the best of the best. Our house was completed early, he made all the changes we added without hesitation! When we did the final walk through we didn’t even find any issues, a few months later we requested a few minor adjustments and he had the contractors at our house by the end of the week! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mark Lovley. Mark is one of the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, and patient business professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From our very first meeting, all the way to the final walk through (which Mark personally did with us), Mark was a part of every step in the process. He was incredibly responsive – if we emailed him late at night, I would have a response in my inbox by 7 am the next morning. If there was ever a change that needed to be made with the house, after a quick email to Mark, the update would be made within 24 hours or less. We had never planned on building a home from scratch, but after meeting Mark just once, we felt 100% comfortable and moved forward immediately. We are so over joyed with our beautiful home and can’t thank Mark Lovley and his team enough for all their help and hard work!! We would absolutely build with Mark again. I haven’t talked to anyone else yet who hasn’t had the same experience.
